The Selling Process
One of the most difficult things when selling a home you are also living in is keeping it “ready to show.” That’s why the bteam developed a system to equip your home with the key elements it needs to sell at the best price, quickly.
Our unique six phase selling process takes away stress and worry while adding value and marketability. We invest in the sale of your home, including professional painting, cleaning, packing and staging and professional photography.
Phase 1, Comparative Market Analysis – We analyze the market, from the greater Ottawa area down to your specific neighbourhood and street as we look for an asking price that will net you the biggest return while pricing it to sell.
Phase 2, Handyman and Painter – We have relationships with a variety of professionals to help fix those odds and ends you’ve been putting off but ad up to drive your asking price down. Best of all, we invest in your home and pay for these services ourselves.
Phase 3, Professional interior designer and staging – Most realtors provide a phone number of someone to design and stage your house to sell. Our team actually brings an interior designer into your home, at no charge to you. We save you money paying for the interior designer, staging, painting, pictures, and the cleaning of the house. We actually de-clutter your home and pack boxes at no charge. We’re investing in our partnership as the staging process makes your home more appealing to buyers as they can picture themselves, rather than you and your family, in the space.
Phase 4, Professional photography – Your house and the marketing of it deserves more than iPhone photos. We invest in professional photography so that your home shows well online.
Phase 5, House Cleaning – We invest in a professional cleaning of your home.
Phase 6, For Sale – With open houses, ads, and extensive marketing we put your house on the market and watch the hard work pay off.
I would be happy to discuss what I believe the market value is for your home.
