Brittany Brown is a second-generation Realtor, Real Estate Broker, the proud owner of Fidacity Realty, and the founder and team lead of B Team Ottawa. She has worked in the Ottawa real estate industry for more than 18 years and has been licensed since 2010.

Born and raised in Ottawa, Brittany grew up surrounded by real estate and home construction. Both of her parents had longstanding careers in the industries, making real estate a natural path for her. There is a good chance her first word was “sold.”

After graduating from Algonquin College’s Business Marketing program, Brittany began her real estate career as an unlicensed assistant with a highly respected Ottawa team while completing the courses required to become a licensed Realtor. Since then, she has built a successful career helping buyers, sellers and investors throughout Ottawa and the surrounding communities.

Today, Brittany leads B Team Ottawa and owns Fidacity Realty, a brokerage built around knowledgeable advice, strong communication and hands-on service. She is involved throughout the entire process, from preparing and marketing a property to negotiating the sale and guiding her clients through closing.

As a brokerage owner, landlord and real estate investor, Brittany brings both professional and personal experience to her work. She understands that real estate decisions are closely connected to her clients’ homes, families, finances and plans for the future.

Brittany is also a wife and mom of three busy boys. When she is not working, she can usually be found at a hockey rink, a lacrosse pad or spending time with her family at the lake.
