Brittany Brown

Brittany Brown is a second generation Realtor, Real Estate Broker, owner of Fidacity Realty and founder and team lead of B Team Ottawa. With more than 18 years in the real estate industry and licensed since 2010, she has built her career around being responsive, honest, driven and known for going above and beyond for her clients.

Born and raised in Ottawa, Brittany grew up surrounded by real estate and home construction. Both of her parents had long careers in the industries, making real estate a pretty natural path for her. There is a good chance her first word was “sold.”

After graduating from Algonquin College’s Business Marketing program, Brittany started her career as an unlicensed assistant with a respected Ottawa real estate team while completing the courses required to become a Realtor. Since then, she has built her business helping buyers, sellers and investors throughout Ottawa and the surrounding communities. Brittany has taken on a mentorship role within her team, supporting and guiding team members as they grow in their careers. She volunteers with the Ottawa Real Estate Board and serves on the board of the Big Rideau Lake Association, giving back to both her industry and her community.

Brittany is extremely hands on with her clients and is known for being available anytime they need her. She stays involved from the first conversation right through to closing, whether that means preparing a home for market, talking through a difficult decision, solving a problem or negotiating hard on her client’s behalf. She is competitive when it comes to negotiations and takes protecting her clients’ interests seriously.

Brittany has worked with everyone from first time buyers and experienced investors to military families relocating in and out of Ottawa. She regularly helps clients through major life changes, including separations, estate sales and the loss of a loved one, where experience, patience and clear communication matter just as much as the transaction itself.

As a landlord and real estate investor herself, Brittany brings personal experience to many of the conversations she has with her clients. She genuinely loves real estate, loves what she does, and that enthusiasm carries into the way she works and the long-standing relationships she builds with her clients.

Outside of work, Brittany is a wife and mom of three busy boys. When she is not working, she can usually be found at a hockey rink, a lacrosse pad or spending time with her family at the lake.
