Phase 2
Defining Your Needs and Wants
Together we identify what the dream home in your price range looks like – and where we will find it. We then start feeding you homes for review, but anyone can send you listings, we send you possible homes.
Phase 3
Home Viewing
As many houses you want to see, we will get you into them, as soon as possible. But you won’t go into houses flying blind, we will educate you on what to look for, what features add value, what the area is like, and how much the home is truly worth.
Phase 4
The Offer
When we find the right home, bteam will ensure you have a well written offer that both protects you and gives you the best chance to land your home. We are skilled negotiators and will work to get you the best price, terms and conditions.
Phase 5
Inspection
To safeguard that your home purchase is the sound investment we assume it is, bteam helps you through the inspection process to make sure there are no surprises once you’ve moved in.
Phase 6
Continued Guidance
Once all the papers are signed, we continue along the path with you as your partner, ensuring your lawyer and lender have all paper needed to complete the sale. Through our many connections we can also refer skilled expects to help in all areas. Lawyers, Contractors, Movers, Appraisers. Anyone you may need.
