The founder and team lead for bteam, Brittany Brown, was born to be a real estate agent. Brittany was born and raised in the Ottawa area and is a second-generation real estate agent. She was preparing to be a realtor all her life as both of her parents had longstanding careers in the Ottawa real estate and home construction industry.
Christine started on the bteam in January 2017, after she watched her friend Brittany and the bteam successfully help her parents go through the process of buying and selling a new home. She became intrigued by the process, and decided that she wanted to be a part of helping people with the most important purchase and sale of their lives.
Caroline, the B-Team’s newest member, brings with her an excitement, drive and motivation to facilitate the home buying and selling process and create a positive experience for our clients.
She attributes her passion and interest in real estate back to her Mom who would take her around to open houses and model homes when she was young. This passion resurfaced throughout the process of buying her most recent home in Stittsville and reignited her desire to pursue a career in real estate.
Caroline’s professional background in marketing and event planning in the not-for-profit, corporate and government sector has contributed to her strong people and negotiation skills. Caroline has a deep love for her city and is excited to help clients navigate the housing market to either sell their house or nestle into their dream home.
Caroline is now an active mom to two boys, a self-proclaimed “foodie” (once hosting her own streaming show dedicated to the Ottawa food scene) and loves to stay engaged in all things real estate.
After a long and emotional journey of leaving her home country and moving to Canada it became more imminent than ever that a career that fits who she is and what she is passionate about in life was so important.
Ashley took on the BTeam’s role of staging and listing preparations. Recognizing how crucial staging is, Ashley takes a fresh look at your home with an eye towards maximizing your home’s potential and value.
